    Responsibilities

    • Provides orientation and responsible for the training of new employees.
    • Provides training, system training, soft skills training & refresher training to existing employees.
    • Prepares lesson plans relevant to training materials and assists other trainers with planning.
    • Coaches to performance, attendance and behavioral challenges in the classroom.
    • Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of training programs.
    • Deliver reports during and at the end of each course.
    • Develops training manuals, facilitator’s guides, presentations, testing and evaluations procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • 12 months minimum of Training experience
    • Experience in Soft Skills (Needed)
    • Bilingual (preferred)
    • Trainer Certification (needed)

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degrees (preferred or currently studying)

    Knowledge

    • Adult Learning Techniques.
    • Must have good Communication skills, able to handle Microsoft Office Suite (especially PP), proven ability to work in a team.
