    Responsibilities

    • Participates in meetings, seminars, and also training sessions to obtain information useful to training facility integrates information into training program 
    • Managing the development of the training programs for the assigned applications and impacted end users.
    • Participating in workflow designs and system builds in order to gain an in depth knowledge of the system functionality
    • Preparing and maintaining documentation and all course materials
    • Interview and consult with key business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
    • Follow instructional design development processes while creating and maintaining training courses

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Communication skills
    • Negotiation skills
    • Strong facilitation skills
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Training, Education, Sciences or business related discipline required
    • Prior relevant (3+ years) experience with instructional design, content development, training, education, presentations, etc.
    • At least 5 years' experience and expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Visio
    • Strong written and verbal Spanish and English grammar, spelling, punctuation usage & pronunciation
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems
    • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
