    • Manages full cycle recruitment process including consulting with HR and business partners to identify staffing needs.
    • Designs and implements attraction strategies, ensuring clear job skill specifications, internal and external sourcing, candidate screening, offer consultation and completion, and facilitation of background checks, relocation, and hiring processes.
    • Drives with the team the global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable the operation to align staffing with the workforce plans. 
    • Sourcing, phonescreening, selecting, administration of candidates in our ATS.


    • English fluency is a must
    • Minimum 2 years experience recruiting high volume for the Call Center, Financial, Banking,FinTech, Technology industries.
    • Great team player
    • Strong analytical skills, including reporting
    • Proven coaching and conflict resolution skills
    • Successful track record of delivering superior client service
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; presentation and platform skills preferred
    • Bachelor degree in Psychology or equivalent work experience
    • Strong sourcing techniques
    • Experience using boolean strings
    • Out of the box thinker
